How to care for your resin keepsakes

Resin is tough — but a few small habits keep it looking freshly poured for years.

1. Soft cloth only

Dust with a dry microfibre cloth. Skip sprays and alcohol — they can cloud the surface.

2. Mind the sun

Weeks of direct sunlight can yellow any resin. Display your pieces proudly, just not on the sunniest sill.

3. Heat is the enemy

Hot pans and fresh-off-the-stove cups can soften resin. Our coasters handle a hot cup of cha happily — but not a cooking pot.

4. Store jewellery dry

Take resin earrings and pendants off before showering. Pat dry if they get wet.

5. Small scratches?

A drop of coconut oil on a soft cloth, rubbed gently, brings back the shine.
