• Damaged in transit: photo within 48 hours → free replacement or full refund.
• Non-personalized items: returnable unused within 7 days (delivery charge non-refundable).
• Personalized items: made only for you, so they can't be returned — unless damaged or not as described.

Refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad within 3 working days of approval.
