2-3 days inside Dhaka, 3-5 days anywhere else in Bangladesh. Personalized pieces need 3-5 extra days to make.

How do I personalize a piece?

Add the item to your order, then write the names, date, and colours you want in the order note — or message us on Facebook after ordering.

How do I care for resin pieces?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods and from very hot cups (use our coasters for that!).

Can I return an item?

Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it. Personalized items can't be returned unless damaged — see our Refund Policy.
